Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and/or USPS Priority.
Most items arrive within 1 - 7 business days after payment has been received.
** Orders shipped Outside the Continental United States may have additional Shipping Charges**
Customers' credit cards are charged when the order is placed.
You will receive an email after the order is placed to confirm the order. Then you will receive an email with your confirmation number when the order is scheduled to ship. You may also call within normal business hours (9 am - 5 pm CST) 1-888-355-0345 or email us anytime to determine the status of an order.
Please inspect your order immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). If the product is damaged during delivery or you have an issue with your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Customers may cancel any order at any time before it is printed. All custom printing is not returnable. Please note that once the item is shipped the shipping and handling will not be refunded. If the product is not a custom print and is returnable the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product back to PP1210.com. All returned items must be received in original condition and in original packaging.
Order by Credit Card Online:
The order is shipped to the credit card holder's billing address unless a Shipping Address is specified. When using a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) you will need to provide the CVS Code.

For American Express
Enter your CVC2 code, located on the back of your MasterCard, Visa or Discover, near the signature panel and it normally consists of three digits that appear after the last four digits of your card number.
Enter your CID number, located on the front of your American Express card, this number is recorded as four digits in very small writing above the last few digits of the card number.

How to place an order by phone:
Step 1: Browse our website and choose the items.
Step 2: Call 1(800) 764-8688 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday to place your order.
How to check order status:
E-mail us at Sales@PP1210.com or call 1(800) 764-8688 to speak with a customer service representative. Please have your order number ready or the Customer Name you made the order under.
Additional Shipping charges will apply to shipments outside the Continental United States.
PP1210.com takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.
The prices indicated on PP1210.com are shown in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be canceled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products bought on PP1210.com will be delivered to one address in the United States and Canada only.
PP1210.com does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Right of Return
All PP1210.com products are made custom for you and therefore can't be returned. However, if there is a quality issue or a mistake made by us, we will replace the products or you can choose to receive store credit for the full value of your purchase. We may request the products be returned to us or photo proofs be sent as verification. To begin your return/exchange process please visit our RMA page to enter your information. Returns/Exchanges cannot be completed without an authorized RMA number.
All Custom products are produced for you and are not sellable to anyone else, therefore NO Refunds available for custom print jobs.
Your order(s) must be reviewed by you within 5 business day from the time you receive your purchase and if any issue exists you must contactBo15, Inc. immediately, so we can resolve that issue.
Bo15 Product lines (not custom)
All non-custom product returns must be unused and in new condition. You are responsible for all shipping (To & From) due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret.
Exchange for Different Size
If you would like to return your item due to a sizing issue and would like to exchange it for a different size, we ask that you please fill out our Return Form to get an RMA number issued for the return (the RMA will be emailed after your request is received). You will need to securely package and return the unworn/unused item to PetPro1210, at your expense. Once we receive the item and inspect it for any issues/damages we will contact you with our determination and replacement status. In the notes section of the return form please specify the size that you would like to receive in exchange.
The User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of your orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, therefore failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general Terms and Conditions.
You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance with national laws in place. You can at any time make a request to PP1210.com to find out what personal information we hold concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information. If you accepted to receive our promotional e-mails when you registered on the Website, offers including new items, clearance, exclusivities, good deals etc. will be sent to you. You may at any time request not to receive any further emails from us by clicking the Unsubscribe link located in all of our emails. Cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data from visitors to our site and suggests products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously visited the site. Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.

PP1210.com cannot give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the intellectual rights to. Waiver and Serviceability
